Shipping Policy

Got-Cha ships throughout the contiguous United States (does not include Alaska & Hawaii). Our business operates Monday – Friday, the fulfillment process for most orders begins within 24 hours of completion of your online purchase.

Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS from North Carolina.

All orders under $50 are shipped at a flat rate shipping charge of $9.99 per order. Orders over $50 qualify for free ground shipping to the contiguous United States.

As soon as your order has shipped you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number.

Return Policy

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy. Online purchases must be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be new, unused, and in original unopened packaging.
