Casting Irons

Casting irons have been a staple in southern California where they’ve proven irresistible to yellowtail, tuna, barracuda, and bonito. These lures are now gaining popularity on the east coast with striped bass and bluefish finding them hard to resist. The lures have an elongated diamond shape with flat back. Welded split rings on the top and bottom of the jig allow lure to swim freely with enhanced action. The 3x strong treble hook provides for an unshakable hook set. Vivid color combinations and a live eye entice the target species. Available in 3 oz, 3.5 oz, 4 oz and 6 oz.
